The JJC AH-DJNO aluminum alloy cooling plate is purpose-built for the DJ. Osmo Nano camera, precision-machined from aluminum alloy using CNC technology. One side features a built-in thermal adhesive pad for direct attachment to the camera body, while the other side incorporates precision heat dissipation grooves that rapidly draw heat away from the interior. In controlled lab testing, the cooling plate reduced camera body temperature by approx. 10°C*, significantly lowering the risk of overheating-induced recording interruptions.
Compatible with the Osmo Nano bare camera, the original protective case, and the JJC PC-NANO protective case, the cooling plate does not block the microphone opening or status indicator light after installation, leaving audio recording and status monitoring fully unaffected. Installation is straightforward: fit the protective case onto the camera, align the thermal adhesive side against the body, insert it into the cutout slot on the protective case, and press firmly to secure. Two replacement thermal adhesive pads are included for future re-adhesion, allowing this accessory to be reused — making it a practical solution for extended video recording sessions with the Osmo Nano.

*Note: Data sourced from controlled lab testing. Using a controlled variable method at room temperature, the camera was tested under one hour of continuous operation both with and without the cooling plate installed. Body temperatures recorded were 61.3°C and 51.2°C respectively.
